Blossom Gratitude ("we," "us," "our") operates the Blossom Gratitude mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we process and protect it, and your rights regarding that data.

By creating an account or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Voice Recordings: When you use the voice input feature, your audio is transmitted to our server for transcription via OpenAI's Whisper API. The recording is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers after transcription is complete. OpenAI may retain API inputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring per their data usage policy.

Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat in conjunction with the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not collect, process, or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.). RevenueCat receives your anonymous user ID and subscription status. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google.

Important: Daily video content (scripts, images, narration) is generated from curated topics and system prompts. Your personal gratitude entries are not used to generate video content and are not shared with image or voice generation services. Voice recordings are only shared with OpenAI for the sole purpose of transcription.

Each third-party processor operates under their own privacy policy and data processing terms. We have ensured that adequate data processing agreements are in place where required by applicable law.
